Impact

As the Director of Enterprise Programs at Shipt, you will be responsible for developing new business enablers for Shipt with focus on enterprise scale and impact. The ideal candidate will confidently manage a fast-moving team to create an end to end business development framework and pipeline of programs designed and positioned to drive sustainable growth. The Director of SD&I, Enterprise role will further contribute to Shipt's growth mission by driving the evolution of existing business lines, creating new business models, assessing value, or "size of prize", for key initiatives, designing go to market strategies, empowering sales enablement, and acceleration to commercialization and go-to-market launches. The ideal candidate will also have experience with, or exposure to, retail, marketplaces, CPG media, supply chain, logistics and industry leading consumer platforms.

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City:

$138,129-$276,364

All other locations:

$115,214-$230,321

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
