• Oversees and manages the build of cybersecurity and fraud capabilities across the GCash ensuring realization of committed use cases within agreed scope, timeframes and cost.
• Provides guidance and expert advise to his/her team in optimizing and customizing solution plans for the GCash when needed to address nuances in the capability build.
• Oversees and manages the feedback his/her team provides on the effectiveness of existing and proposed capabilities to the Solutioning and Design team to help ensure that existing and proposed platform and capabilities for GCash are delivering expected use cases and control objectives.
• Supports and collaborates with the Solutioning and Design team in strategic planning for GCash to provide inputs based on features, use cases, capabilities and roadmap of existing security platforms.
• Ensures that his/her team supports the Solutioning and Design team by providing feedback on any enabled enhancements on existing security platforms across the GCash that they are managing to help in maintaining and updating the architecture blueprints and roadmap.
• Provides expert advise and inputs into the company's Security Strategy, Cyber Security Baseline, and Risk Register based on their observations and experiences in the course of performing their Engineering and Implementation functions.
• Oversees development, documentation and communication of plans for any enhancements/optimization, capacity build and technology refresh of existing security platforms they are managing including analysis of cost reduction opportunities.
• Ensures that his team confers with end-users, department heads, and stakeholders to define their requirements for any planned enhancements/optimization, capacity build, technology refresh of existing security platforms they are managing.
• Ensures that his team provides insights/recommendations to Policy Management on the development and documentation of relevant policies to support the deployment of any enhancement/optimization of the security platforms they are managing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of work experience in IT (IT systems/network administration, preferably hands-on experience in Server Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX/Linux) or network devices; IT security systems administration (Firewall/VPN, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Antivirus/Anti-spam, URL filtering, Encryption, etc.)
• Hands on experience in cloud technology (AWS, AliCloud, Google Workspace)
• Graduate of B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or any IT-related courses (should be 4-5 years course) Training in Information Security, ITSM, Project Management, Business Process Admin, & Quality
