About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join an innovative team to support with the organisations digital transformation initiative!

Role Summary

As the Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead design engagements that delivers seamless user experience of systems for our internal and client stakeholders. As part of your role, you will be able to marry customer insight and commercial drivers, to think through how a whole priority experience or proposition ‘system’ needs to work.

The selected candidate will use user-centred frameworks and techniques to provide consultancy and guide the team as lead practitioner on how services and products are explored/created including Value Proposition Design and Business Model Canvases, Lean Canvases and Jobs-To-Be-Done.

Within this role, you will map, plan, analyse, design and execute a clearly defined, lean and intelligently thought through end-to-end discovery and definition process to identify best-value opportunities on existing and new service opportunities to fulfil customer and commercial potential!

Key Responsabilities

This role will be responsible to design optimal end-to-end customer experience across multiple touchpoints and channels of the new digital interface.

The role holder will perform user research, design user journey, and help create prototypes and design blueprints. A good intuitive design would ensure early uptake and scalability of our digital tools reducing cost of user training as these are rolled out globally.

Capabilities and Experience

• You have shown experience as a Product Designer, with deep expertise in visual principles, systems design, with proven experience in UX demonstrated through portfolio or case studies.
• You have designed and implemented best-of-class design components and UX patterns and commit to upholding the highest standards and a shared vision.
• You have proven yourself to be a strong advocate for UI consistency with designers, engineers, product managers, and executives through writing, visuals, and presentations.
• You are a strong collaborator with teams to negotiate scalable, usable solutions, finding the right balance between communication, persuasion and negotiation.
• You communicate decisions and direction effectively to different stakeholders.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities and needs.
