Product Designer - Scalable Growth

Your mission:

You’ll create engaging web experiences and useful tools that equip customers with the information they need to understand more about our products and solutions. This is a unique opportunity to design some of the first experiences a customer will have with our brand.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing:

• Get to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs
• Lead work and be influential in your team increasing customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality
• Create experiences that tell the story of our products and solutions in engaging ways primarily on our web surfaces but also touching our apps.
• Support in building out our new Web Design System and create templates for other teams to build from
• Design tools that provide people with the information they need to learn more about what they can do with Wise
• Champion the Wise brand and its carefully considered implementation

A bit about you:

• Hands-on experience launching well-crafted, impactful web surfaces in fast paced environments
• Solid understanding of design and engineering partnerships
• Understanding of interaction design best practices and experience designing accessible web surfaces
• Comfortable designing for responsive web surfaces (desktop and mobile)
• Experience working with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that is both accessible and scalable, collaborating with engineering teams or using CMS systems to bring designs to life
• Exceptional problem solving skills and holistic design thinking
• Able to prioritise key activities, addressing uncertainties and defining what success looks like
