Position Summary

Manage project execution, develop product strategy for Machine Learning platform and features within Samsung Ads DSP.

Role and Responsibilities

Duties: Manage project execution, develop product strategy for Machine Learning platform and features within Samsung Ads DSP. Meet with product users and business stakeholders to thoroughly understand pain points, challenges, and opportunities. Stay up-to-date with competitive and industry trends to incorporate into vision and strategy for Samsung Ads DSP. Write Product Requirements Docs (PRDs) with User Stories and Acceptance Criteria describing the software and features to be built by Engineering Teams. Create and maintain tickets in Jira representing the software and features to be built. Write Product Briefs and Product Strategy docs describing the long term vision, major features, and business context. Develop the technical vision and strategy for key components of the DSP’s ML platform. Learn and understand the current Machine Learning platform architecture. Work directly with Platform Architects to create technical diagrams to achieve the long term product vision. Leverage experience and industry knowledge as to best practices for Machine Learning platform architecture. Define project goals and measurable success metrics for Samsung products. Work closely with a full stack feature scrum to ideate, prioritize, create and communicate product roadmaps. Interface directly with assigned Machine Learning Engineering Feature Team to build software as defined by PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Provide Engineering Feature Team business context to enable them to define ideal solutions to identified user challenges. Partner with Platform Analytics to monitor product metrics and identify enhancements. Collaborate with Analysts to build dashboards that track success criteria of delivered products and features. Adjust product strategy and feature implementation based on product metrics. Drive user adoption of Machine Learning based features with the help of Product Marketing and Sales. Communicate the strategy, plans and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Professional I, Product Management or related occupation requiring project management and digital advertising. The 5 years of experience must have included:

Experience with Product management; Experience with data science teams leveraging data and machine learning to solve problems; Experience with Agile product development; Managing multiple parallel initiatives, and coordinating with sales and engineering teams; Working with remote teams and building disruptive solutions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; and AdTech work experience with Machine Learning products within the industry, including RTB auctions, and dynamic creative.

Travel Requirements: up to 10% domestic travel required.

Salary: $228,250.00/year
