Salesforce Consultant

• You analyse the customers domain to understand their pain points and propose solutions to resolve them
• You assure the project's success by gaining the customers trust and leading them through the project delivery together with the project team
• You translate business needs into technical requirements.
• You advise our clients on digital implementations & strategy as a subject matter expert.
• You deliver high-level design of the target solution, including your own participation on the CRM administration
• You discuss with our development team the custom development requirements
• You take responsibility of project delivery together with the project manager
• You are an important team member of the project execution, regardless of method
• You work with the internal team to exchange ideas

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English
• You have 4 years + of professional experience (preferably in CRM)
• You have experience with the Salesforce platform
• You have knowledge of UML and SCRUM methodology
• You have a high-level understanding of APEX, Frontend capabilities, Git, Web Services and Triggers
• Deadlines do not scare you and you understand the importance of on-time delivery
• You have experience in a customer-facing role and can lead presentations and workshops
