- You analyse the customers domain to understand their pain points and propose solutions to resolve them
- You assure the project's success by gaining the customers trust and leading them through the project delivery together with the project team
- You translate business needs into technical requirements.
- You advise our clients on digital implementations & strategy as a subject matter expert.
- You deliver high-level design of the target solution, including your own participation on the CRM administration
- You discuss with our development team the custom development requirements
- You take responsibility of project delivery together with the project manager
- You are an important team member of the project execution, regardless of method
- You work with the internal team to exchange ideas

Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of English
- You have 4 years + of professional experience (preferably in CRM)
- You have experience with the Salesforce platform
- You have knowledge of UML and SCRUM methodology
- You have a high-level understanding of APEX, Frontend capabilities, Git, Web Services and Triggers
- Deadlines do not scare you and you understand the importance of on-time delivery
- You have experience in a customer-facing role and can lead presentations and workshops
