ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Be responsible for creating value propositions that maximize our points of difference and help us stand apart from the competition.
  • Co-ordinate the systematic gathering of customer feedback, competitor and market insights to feed the NPI funnel. Co-ordinate the evaluation, the conceptualization and the customer validation of these new product ideas.
  • Work closely with product operations/management and technology to feed new product concepts into the roadmap, assist the gathering of high level requirements, help prioritize features, ensure that customer needs are considered throughout.
  • Continuously monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics to refine product positioning, messaging, and GTM activities.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience for use by sales, solutions engineering and marketing teams. Develop actionable customer personas that inform product development, website development and marketing activities.
  • Consider broker/reseller/connectivity/partner market needs and develop value propositions, messaging, collateral and training. Feed product requirements for these markets into Product Management.
  • Provide Sales teams with the necessary resources and training to effectively sell the product; and collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering to provide ongoing support to address questions or objections from prospects.
  • Provide support to our Account Management Teams so they can deliver training to our customers to maximize activation and consumption. Support with migration strategy and execution to increase product adoption of Urba.
  • Develop a scalable repeatable GTM segmentation framework to facilitate highly targeted sales and marketing activities and improve our chances of winning
  • Co-ordinate GTM activities across pricing, marketing and communications for new release and new product launches
  • Set up activities that help us be more customer orientated for example: customer advisory board, customer user groups
  • Assess NPS survey results for areas of product improvement and collaborate with Product Management to address this feedback
  • Measure performance of URBA web platform, make recommendations to Product Management and BT for process improvements.
  • Conduct win /loss analysis and development actions plans to improve our success rate
  • Collaborate with Partnerships,Data Strategy & Management Teams to explore complementary data sources that can add value to our core proposition, evaluating these solutions and conducting POCs โ€“ QWARM/Sephra/Fact Set/Refinitiv
  • Collaborate with Product Operations/Management to explore new insights from Coface data environment and take these new POCs/ products to Product Committee for approval . Develop the business case for new product offers and track benefit realization

Requirements

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Demonstrable product marketing experience in DaaS/SaaS start up or scale up /B2B company.
  • Excellent critical, creative and analytical thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Strong collaborator and stakeholder management skills
  • Self -starter, pro-active and can-do approach.
  • Good at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
