The Senior Insights Analyst will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex data related to customer facing e-Commerce sites for both our direct to consumer and retail / pharmacy partnerships, and our medical consulting platform. They will be providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making to support marketing on driving conversion, revenue and prevent churn.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Analysing complex datasets related to e-Commerce sites, market trends, telehealth platforms and regulatory frameworks
  • Conducting life cycle analysis to better understand the customer journey from acquisition to retention, identifying key touch points and opportunities for intervention to improve retention rates.
  • Analysing the performance of CRM campaigns through Braze to assess impact and uplift to key retention and patient metrics.
  • Creating target audience segments based on customer segmentation, lifecycle, behaviours and key triggers to increase retention rates.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytic initiatives related to marketing analytics and become the domain expert in the Data & Analytics Department.
  • Collaborate directly with the Marketing teams to comprehensively understand their needs, translating business requirements into technical specifications and strategic plans.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a similar role and experience in customer or marketing analytics capacity.
  • Experience with creating reports and visualisations that communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
  • Experience in using Braze or similar CRM tools and Hightouch or similar Reverse ETL tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
  • Proficiency in data modelling, statistical analysis and data visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong analytic / quantitative research skills and experience in different research methodologies.
