Job Description:

Insurance Authorizations

• Receiving authorizations requests via email to check insurance eligibility
• Gathering necessary documents, reaching out to insurance providers either phone or fax to get the authorization
• Tracking and updating pending authorization requests

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience handling US Healthcare insurance
• Good working knowledge with Authorizations / Verifications
• Must be detail oriented
• Proficient in using MS Excel
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in MAKATI
• Amenable working night shifts
