Founding Account Executive

This is a FOUNDING Account Executive role. You and one other AE will be the first members of the sales organization.

This is a sales role. Almost all of your time will be spent SELLING.

We're a sales-led-growth business. Our product is not PLG or PLS, or whatever other acronym is cool these days. This means we won't make money unless you SELL our product.

What you'll do

• Sell our core platform into SMB and Mid-Market businesses
• Work with the CEO to transition from founder-led-sales and build a dedicated salesforce (BDRs, AEs, Sales Ops)
• Sales operations: lead data enrichment, sequence automation, inbound data collection, pipeline management

This will be done side-by-side with the founders. If you're looking for personal growth, this is it.

As the team grows, this role will change and you'll get to choose whether you want to gravitate more towards:

a. an IC role which will be focused on expanding our ICP up-market (increasing ACVs)

b. a Sales Manager role that will be focused on scaling the org, team building, hiring, sales ops
