We are looking for a Procurement Intern with fluency in English. In this role you will support our Indirect Procurement team in delivering high level services to our internal customers. You will closely collaborate with Procurement Managers, Procurement Team Members and internal stakeholders across Europe.

Your responsibilities

Support the team in day-to-day responsibilities related to procure to pay process, purchase requisition validation in the system, providing support in resolving issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices in due coordination with Accounts Payable, other tasks delegated by Team Leader

Your background

• You are a university student graduating in 2025 or later
• You are interested in Supply Chain activities (no prior experience required)
• You are proficient in English (B2)
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP tools is a plus
• You are proactive, organized and have good attention to detail
• You have strong communication skills
• You can work in hybrid mode - combining remote working with work from our Kraków office
