We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Business Support Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be gathering information and improving the SharePoint site. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Creating a feedback form to collect information from all departments on their needs and suggestions for the SharePoint site
- Gathering frequently asked questions (FAQs)
- Analyzing the responses
- Providing a summary report with actionable recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Proactive, accurate, responsible, attentive to details personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good communication skills in English (writing and speaking).
