Business Support Functions Manager

We are currently looking for a new colleague to lead the Business Support Functions Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be Business Support Functions Manager. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Leading a unit of Business Support Functions, including workplace and assets management, cooperation with the internal shared service center, organizational projects, and executive committee administration
• Ensuring smooth operations of support functions such as administration, document management, and asset coordination
• Leading a team of 5+ professionals across several locations
• Defining, revising, and regularly updating processes and tools for business support functions
• Budgeting and planning activities for the unit
• Reporting results and sharing insights with the company’s management team.

Requirements

• Higher education with at least 3 years of managerial experience
• Proven track record in leading projects or asset management
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or senior role in asset management, administration, process improvement, or project management.
• Experience in an international organization is advantageous
• Expertise in project management and support function processes
• Strong budgeting, planning, and negotiation skills
• Excellent stakeholder and people management competences.
