The Opportunity

What You’ll Contribute

  • Craft and Execute Visionary Marketing Strategies: Develop dynamic and integrated marketing plans that captivate audiences across digital, social, event, and traditional channels, amplifying FICO's scores products and services.
  • Champion Brand Elevation: Spearhead initiatives to fortify the FICO Scores brand, ensuring consistency and resonance in every marketing message and across all touchpoints.
  • Uncover Market Insights: Dive deep into market research to decode customer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape, translating these insights into powerful marketing strategies and product innovations.
  • Ignite Demand Generation: Design and implement cutting-edge demand generation programs to boost awareness, generate quality leads, and propel sales, in close collaboration with the global demand generation team.
  • Master Content Creation: Lead the development of impactful content—whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and videos—that educates and engages our audience about the unique benefits of FICO Scores.
  • Orchestrate Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling, maximizing every opportunity for growth.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic alliances with industry organizations, financial institutions, and key stakeholders to enhance the reach and influence of FICO Scores.
  • Inspire Team Excellence: Assemble and lead a world-class marketing team, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to fuel professional growth and achieve ambitious business goals.
  • Optimize Budget Utilization: Strategically manage the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation delivers maximum ROI and supports our aggressive growth targets.

What We’re Seeking

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Marketing Mastery: 10+ years of marketing experience with a stellar track record in B2B or B2C marketing, ideally within financial services.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of credit scoring and consumer credit markets, with hands-on experience in marketing credit scoring products or financial services.
  • Strategic Vision: A strategic thinker who can translate market insights into actionable and innovative marketing plans.
  • Leadership Excellence: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for inspiring and mobilizing cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A collaborative leader who thrives in partnership with colleagues and teams to align objectives, drive change, and reach consensus.
  • Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in data-driven marketing techniques and marketing analytics tools.
  • Project Management Prowess: Proven ability to juggle complex projects and initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver stellar results in a fast-paced environment.
