Position Overview:
We are looking for a Director of Business Development to lead our team of Business Development Reps. You will be responsible for overseeing the BDR team, developing and executing strategies to drive lead generation, and ensuring the achievement of key activity metrics and pipeline targets. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of sales processes, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor a team of BDRs.
This role is a key part of Trella’s Shared Services team as well as the company’s overall success. We operate as a startup within a larger organization – highly collaborative, often challenging status quo, and always looking to get better.
