Legal Operations Manager

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Legal Operations Manager to play an integral role in SoundHound AI’s legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal department by developing, implementing, and overseeing various processes and systems. You will take the lead in moving projects out of legal and back into departments where they belong, meanwhile bringing projects from other departments into legal so that they can have contracts, NDAs, or acceptance orders written and signed in a timely manner. The Legal Operations Manager is the person who pulls all these things together and makes sure they happen in the way they need to happen.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain standardized processes and best practices to streamline legal operations
• Lead and manage legal projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful completion
• Coordinate tasks and carry out the necessary operations needed within the department

• You know what is needed for the optimal functioning of the legal department, such as finances, daily operations, project management, and human resources
• You have strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects
• You have proficiency in legal technology solutions and software
• You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• You understand the basic functions of an attorney and a paralegal
• You can perform some of the tasks of a paralegal

This job opening is available for remote work across the United States. The expected salary is $120,000plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits..
