Job Description

Electrical Maintenance - Carry out daily inspection and monitoring of HT and LV switchboards, bus-ducts, transformers, switchgears and TNB supply. - Carry out schedule inspections and testing of standby Generator, Fire Pumps, sump pumps, etc.. Supervise contractors' works/services and monitor their performance. - Plan, direct and coordinate activities concerned with the installation, modification, maintenance and trouble-shooting of electrical system, equipment and other building services within the retail asset - Conduct periodical inspection on all electrical services and equipment in the retail asset as well as initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize breakdown and power failure - Ensure taht all laws and regulations related to eletrical systems are complied with - Evaluate and recommend upgrading in electrical and facility installations Conform to management system requirements - Enforce good safety culture and maintenance practices - Maintain quality assurance practices related to electrical work Contribute to continuous improvement - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost and quality management
