Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with the provided services.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Address customer concerns and promptly offer solutions to resolve them.

  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

  • Gather customer feedback, study other customer success programs, and analyze customer data to identify best practices.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction with the services and collaborate in quarterly business reviews.

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Implement and optimize processes to enhance operational workflows.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Support the commercial team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the tech team to understand product functionalities and limitations.

  • Identify and document bugs, issues, and areas for improvement in the software.

  • Conduct software testing and provide detailed feedback to the development team.

  • Assist in the implementation of new software features and updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or operations.

  • Experience in the tech industry, with a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Preferred experience in digital marketing, sales, and related fields, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology for data-driven decision-making.

  • Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • English level: C1
