Job Description

Reporting

• Generate and maintain various reports related to carpark management and financial transactions.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and perform reconciliation to rectify variances.
• Perform reconciliation of carpark reports between finance and operations monthly to ensure accuracy.

Vendor Management and Comprehensive Financial Check (CFC) Tracking

• Monitor and update the validity of vendor certifications.
• Manage vendor onboarding and registration processes.
• Block expired vendors promptly to maintain compliance.

Payment Gateway Agreement

• Coordinate the renewal of agreements and collaborate with legal teams.
• Distribute signed agreements to relevant stakeholders.

Insurance Procurement

• Liaise with insurance brokers to update Public Liability Insurance and Workmen Compensation for Service Contractors.
• Collect payment slips from service contractors and update insurance records.
• Compile and circulate certificates of insurance and policies to relevant parties​

Tender Process

• Assist in preparing approval papers for new tenders.
• Coordinate tender exercises and ensure timely completion of documentation.

Sustainability Programme

• Collaborate with external vendors or Sustainable Procurement Program (SPP).
• Work with legal team on Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) clauses.
