As the Department Lead // Sub-Chapter Lead for Project Management at Roche Diagnostics, your role is to oversee and guide the project management capabilities within your sub-chapter. You provide effective leadership to your team (approximately 10-15 Global Project Managers in global grade range
SE5-8), offering guidance, coaching, and support throughout project execution. You foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability.
