We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ADM to join our team. The ADM will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. This role involves managing the renewal and growth of the accounts, working closely with various stakeholders, and ensuring our clients are updated on the latest product developments.
This role will have a direct reporting line to their local Manager in Sarajevo and a dotted reporting line to their Senior Account Manager (s) in the APAC region. They will work closely with their SAM’s on more complex renewals or account issues.
Please note that this position is required to work from 1:00 AM - 10:00 AM CET.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with management to create integrated sales campaigns in coordination with marketing.
- Professionally represent the company in client meetings, respond to RFPs, build client rapport, and understand client businesses to grow market share.
- Participate in professional associations, attend conferences, manage client relationships, and highlight product opportunities to senior management.
