Junior PMO / Documentation Specialist

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Developing and maintaining the document management plan for the project and update it as required
• Ensuring project documents undergo a documented and approved review-and-approval process before storage
• Managing project documentation in assigned projects including document registration, distribution, and follow-up on related tasks
• Supporting Project Managers with project documentation-related activities
• Ensuring and maintaining the security, accessibility, and proper distribution of project documents
• Assisting the PMO Manager in drafting new and improving existing project management policies and processes, ensuring internal controls are in place and functional
• Implementing and improving the project management IT system, provide training on project management tools and processes, and support PMs with daily project management activities.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably with an engineering degree
• Experience in managing project documentation, with a preference for experience in construction projects
• Previous experience in project management roles such as project manager, project engineer, or similar positions is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS SharePoint is required
• Familiarity with other document management systems is advantageous
• Understanding of construction-related processes is beneficial
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex projects within a multi-project environment, with strong time management, planning skills, and the capability to work independently.
