Elevate and amplify NBCUniversalโs portfolio of brands and services amongst marketers and media agencies across APAC, to help drive revenue for the Global Advertising & Partnerships team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver against the global marketing and communications plan:
- Event activation
- Industry trade events
- Pitch for and secure speaker placement at events on our priority event list.
- Negotiate event partnerships including barter and paid for opportunities.
- Leverage CNBC media partnerships and build strategic relationships with event organisers.
- Owned events
- Work closely with the events team to deliver client and prospect events. Includes guestlist management, event collateral, content programming and post-event comms.
- Industry trade events
- Press/Earned media
- Pitch for and secure press opportunities in region including, interviews, op-eds, inclusion in forward features.
- Work with the VP Marketing & Communications and Research team to identify regionally relevant research and insights and pitch to trade press.
- Awards
- Manage campaign submissions for industry awards. Liaise with sales teams to collate entries and work with the in-house agency, Catalyst, to build video content to support entries.
- Case Studies
- Responsibility for sourcing case studies and uploading to the corporate website. Work with Catalyst to source relevant video content.
- Website
- Work closely with the website team to ensure global is included in all relevant sections and where relevant, included in external paid media campaigns. Manage and measure incoming leads.
- eCRM
- Work with the Marketing & Communications Coordinator to build a holistic eCRM strategy and plan for global clients, inclusive of APAC priorities. Collaborate with the US to ensure US eblasts are leveraged for local clients.
- Support for APAC sales teams
- Support local teams with sourcing premiums, securing event tickets and general assistance that aligns with the marketing plan.
- Support for CMO NOW
- Pitch for and secure CMO NOW activations at industry events.
- Manage process for local activations, working closely with the VP Marketing & Communications.
- Work with sales on invitations, manage day of production and be poc for interviewees, follow up comms and on-air schedule.
- Work with the EMEA Marketing Manager to ensure APAC content is represented on the CMO NOW hub.
Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- A proactive, self-starting and independent person who is comfortable working as part of a passionate, fast-paced team across multiple territories (prior experience in APAC preferred).
- Experience of writing formal communications and delivering presentations.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Gravitas in dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Solution orientated, commercially focused and deadline driven.
- Experience working in media industry preferred.
