ā Day-to-day management of the following social media networks, including but not limited to YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
ā Working closely with the copywriting team, ensuring high-quality content creation for social media posts, advertisements, and integrations
ā Implementing strategies to increase engagement, followership, and brand visibility on all platforms
ā Coordinating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
ā Managing advertising campaigns across social media platforms to maximize reach and impact
ā Building relationships with influencers and partners to amplify our brand presence
ā Analysing social media performance metrics and generating regular reports to track progress and optimize strategies
ā Creation of SMM strategy, including identifying new platforms and channels
ā Budget management and cost control
ā Increasing brand awareness and lead generation
ā Building reporting system, including identifying all necessary metrics
Requirements
ā Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
ā Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on cryptocurrency or fintech industries.
ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
ā Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
ā Proficiency in analytics tools and experience in interpreting data to drive decision-making.
