What does a day look like for you here?

Assigned as the Marketing Manager for specific areas of our portfolio, you are taking on a critical role in driving marketing activity to generate leads, drive awareness and support the sales teams. Using your experience in integrated marketing, data and customer insights, you will be responsible for go-to-market (GTM) and in-market activity and performance for specific portfolio areas and also work on larger projects that cross over portfolio areas, alongside team members. Working closely with other marketing managers and creative colleagues, you will have an excellent command of the English language, an eagle eye for proofreading and a desire for continuous improvement. Using data and insights, you will drive marketing-qualified leads, optimise conversion rates and continually seek to propagate the brand and improve awareness of our services. You will do so within an agile marketing team, working with product management and sales.

So, what are we looking for?

We want to be the UK’s go-to managed service provider. That’s where you come in. You will have experience in B2B marketing desirably within the IT/Technology sector.

You should also have:

  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills. Experience delivering campaigns with deadlines
  • A business or marketing-related degree or equivalent marketing qualification (such as CIM Certificate/Diploma) – or a commensurate level of relevant marketing experience
  • 3+ years proven experience in campaign and lead management
  • Some experience and interest in event management (physical events)
  • Ability to demonstrate Marketing ROI
  • Practical experience in digital marketing, online marketing and social media marketing
  • Confident at communicating across various levels within an organisation
  • Experience in managing relationships with external suppliers including agencies, designers and print suppliers
  • Ability and willingness to travel for event management, including overnight stays as required
