What does a day look like for you here?

Working independently and as part of a team, you will be primarily responsible for low level design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of the ServiceNow systems, with additional activities within the wider set of business systems for Daisy Corporate Services.

You will have a focus on supporting our customers and prospects with their ServiceNow engagement with Daisy. This includes building high level and low level designs based on customer requirements, and working with the existing ServiceNow Development team to build and maintain source code and documentation

So, what are we looking for?

We want to be the UK’s go-to managed service provider. That’s where you come in. Ideally, you will have excellent communication and organisation skills, and ability to communicate design ideas at varying technical levels and with customers.

You should also have:

  • ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, CMDB)
  • JavaScript
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision

Desirable but not essential:

  • ServiceNow modules – ITBM, CSM
  • ServiceNow Domain Separated instances and eBonding/Service Bridge integration
  • SQL/Database principals
  • Integrations/API/BizTalk/LogicApps
  • XML/jQuery/JSON
  • Experience in Microsoft applications: O365/SharePoint Online/Azure/Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with the Agile development methodology
