We are looking for a HR Manager for our Construction branch in the UAE.
Key responsibilities:
- Full Recruitment Cycle;
- Talent Acquisition Strategy;
- Candidate Management;
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers;
- Employer Branding;
- Onboarding and Orientation;
- Coordinating the hiring process (documentation, working visas etc)
- Implementation and development of HR policies and procedures within the Company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR Department (experience in construction company is a plus).
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Quick adaptability.
- Ability to work effectively without micromanaging.
