Reputation Manager

We are searching for an exceptional and enthusiastic SERM Specialist to join our client's company, focusing on developing and implementing an innovative online reputation management strategy on a large scale.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of SERM/ORM strategy;
• Attracting and promoting positive reviews, handling negative feedback;
• Increasing and maintaining brand rating on external platforms;
• Placing brand information on third-party platforms (forums, rating websites, media, review sites, etc.);
• Communicating with customers on behalf of the brand on external platforms: geo-services, review sites, social networks, etc.

Requirements

• Experience in reputation management for at least 2 years;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in AI tools;
• Experience in the real estate sector will be a plus.
