The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be fluent in user-centered design solutions and will have a proven track record of leading and executing complex projects. This role requires a combination of creative and analytical skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

  • You will ideate and create UI/UX design deliverables: user flows, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes.
  • You will develop assets and components to support consistent and repeatable designs across multiple business pillars.
  • You have a firm grasp of information architecture adjustments to discover more intuitive navigation solutions.
  • You will translate functional requirements and product briefs into high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes with detailed design specifications.
  • You will work with the team to ensure our experiences are intuitive and engaging for users, across multiple devices.
  • You will create rapid prototypes leveraging an established and maintained MUI based design system.
  • You will collaborate with visual designers, product managers, and developers to implement and iterate on designs.
  • You will work to stay current with trends, best practices, and methodologies in areas of functional expertise.
  • You will lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
  • You will advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
  • You will work closely with product teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Deep understanding of design system creation, management and evolution.
  • Fluent in Figma with expert level UX/UI design experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with user experience solutioning.
  • Expert in user-centered design methods, techniques, user research and usability testing.
  • Thrives at working on multiple projects and engineering teams simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and scrum environments.
  • Experience with SaaS software design.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $97,000 - $145,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
