Revenue Technical Accountant

What you get to do in this role:

• Partner with team members across multiple offices and other partners (Finance, Legal, IT, and Sales Ops) while monitoring relevant US GAAP and SEC developments to ensure accurate Revenue Accounting.
• Perform risk-based contract reviews ensuring products and related terms are properly reflected in our ERP reporting systems.
• Assist in process improvements, especially by leveraging new technologies such as AI.
• Assist in required month-end close activities like accounting, reconciliations & reporting around revenue.
• Ensure SOX compliance & support Audits.
• Contribute to revenue policy updates and advancement.
• Support process improvements and implementation for refinement in processes.
• Compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 accounting standards.
• Work with a multi-national team, collaborating to promote efficiency, effectiveness, and teamwork.
• Fluent in English

Requirements

To be successful in this role you have:

• 2+ years of experience with background in Revenue or Operational accounting.
• Industry accounting experience preferred.
• Degree in accounting is a must.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Working knowledge of current literature related to ASC 606 / IFRS15.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work within a team to expedite completion of projects with other teams including FP&A, Sales, Marketing, and Information Systems.
• Experience with MS Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
