As the Indirect Procurement Partner for Roche Pharma Thailand, you are responsible for managing the procurement of a wide range of goods and services that support the company’s operational needs. With a focus on achieving cost efficiencies, quality improvements and supplier performance, the Indirect Procurement Partner will leverage their experience to enhance procurement processes and strategies across various categories including office supplies, IT services, professional services, facilities management and meeting and events. You are reporting directly to the Finance Manager, Thailand & New Markets (Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos) with the dotted reporting line to the Procurement Lead.

Your Opportunity:

• You are responsible for Supplier Management ; Supplier Identification and Evaluation, Supplier Relationship Management also Contract Negotiation
• You are having a targeted approach to your procurement activity in Category Management, Market Analysis including Sourcing Events
• You develop and foster a customer service oriented, continuous improvement environment within Procurement.
• You identify supply and quality problems proactively and lead the development of corrective actions to the benefit of Procurement's internal partners.
• You oversee end to end Indirect Procurement delivery through knowledge of business and Procurement insights across all businesses in Thailand.

Who you are:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in indirect procurement or in a related role.
• A professional certification (e.g. CIPS, CPSM) is highly desirable.
• A proficient language skill in Thai and English is a MUST
• You are proficient in using procurement software and ERP systems. Familiarity with e-sourcing and e-procurement tools.
