Residential Development Site Transactions Specialist

Requirements

• 3-5 years of commercial sales experience with exposure to Development Site sales preferred.
• Knowledge of the Western Sydney Residential market.
• Understanding of development principals and feasibility analysis.
• Class 2 Real Estate License.
• Tertiary qualifications in property, business, or related field (preferred but not essential).
