Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team. Your day to day will include managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries and managing debt recovery.

In order to excellent in this role, you require a client oriented approach that will help you build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure the smooth running of accounts.

What you’ll do:

• Communicate with customers for their accounts receivable balances
• Customer credit policy controlling
• Credit control reporting (DSO, aging, bad debt, balances per activity)
• Customer orders controlling
• Customer credit limits and payment type controlling
• Communicate with commercial operations and legal department for customers overdue balances

What you’ll need:

• Βachelor’s degree in Αccounting, Finance or related field
• Previous experience as a credit controller will be considered as a plus
• Excellent client management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Οffice
• Proficient in English
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team spirit with a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
