About the role:

The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage our self-storage auction processes across our portfolio, ensuring compliance with state lien laws and company procedures. An integral part of the Operations teams, this role will also work closely with our District Managers to ensure each facility meets KO’s auction standards. The successful candidate is a master at managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, a strong communicator both verbally and written, and incredibly detail-oriented. Additionally, you will support various KO operational initiatives through the completion of assigned tasks and special projects.

This is a Full-Time Remote position. We are looking for candidates who are available to work in the US time zone (Central Daylight Time).

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Support District Managers in delinquent tenant processes, including verifying Notice of Sale documents are sent in alignment with state lien laws, managing auction ads, and ensuring the accuracy of auction platform postings.
  • Manually add eligible tenant units to auctions in the StorEDGE platform each month, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company auction procedures.
  • Conduct thorough audits of Notice of Sale documents for auction tenants, ensuring compliance with legal standards and accuracy.
  • Complete Delinquent Tenant Management (DTM) forms for each auction tenant, verifying that all legal standards and procedures are met prior to the sale and uploading them to tenant accounts in storEDGE.
  • Post-auction units to the online portal, Storage Treasures, facilitating the listing and management of units for public auction.
  • Provide transparent and proactive communication to District Managers regarding the auctions in their districts.
  • Complete other tasks and special projects in support of KO operational initiatives, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Administrative experience with a strong track record in detail-oriented and organized project coordination
  • A clear and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Expert at managing and prioritizing responsibilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
  • Collaborative contributor with a proven ability to work independently and with a team
  • Proficient in tracking and managing tasks in various systems and project management tools
  • The ideal candidate should also find fulfillment in admin/task-based work
