We are currently seeking a new enthusiastic, competent and creative individual with experience in driving growth throughout all digital media channels along with creating content for internal communications for the entire business. Reporting into the HR Manager this role will cover the below responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

External Communications

• Ensure effective utilisation of company pages and social media channels to attract and drive brand awareness and engagement
• Create appealing and engaging content to build our brand awareness and drive conversions
• Introduce new and innovative tools to engage and attract candidates
• Working with the recruitment team, track, review and analyse metrics on all activities, producing insights that help refine future initiatives
• Stay up to date with the latest best practices and technologies

Internal Communications

• Collaborate with the HR team and wider business to plan and manage an annual content calendar
• Planning and organising company wide townhalls. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messages and objectives.
• Content Creation – Identify topics, gather internal news, interview sources and create content in various formats to publish with the entire business
• Training and Support – Enhance staff communications skills through training sessions and provide communications / brand awareness advice to colleagues

Essential Skills & Experience

• Expert in paid social marketing techniques and platforms
• Experience developing, executing, and tracking campaigns that achieve return on investment
• Strong content writing /production and visual presentation skills across various formats
• Strong analytical capability, proficient in MS Office
• Results-driven
• Must have excellent written, proofreading and editing skills with a talent for storytelling
