As Contributions Relationships Manager, you'll work within a team with regional responsibility to source OTC contributed data and ensure our products have the Fixed Income, Forex & Money Market, Equities and Commodities content that meets the local market requirements. The role requires someone to engage with internal and external customers, understand their content requirements and then work with the key stakeholders and delivery groups to ensure that strategic content is added to our products.

You will need to be a great communicator, have a very good knowledge and working experience in the Middle-East and North African OTC market, well organized and with a proven ability to meet challenging targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will have the responsibility to build strong relationships with key market players (existing and new) in Middle East & North Africa

  • Through utilizing those relationships, you will source real-time pricing contributions in all asset classes to meet local markets requirements as well as Business targets.

  • You will collect feedback on our proposition, areas of focus and carry out some periodic market surveys.

  • Finally, you will provide support and advice around existing contribution setups and potential improvements.

Main Requirements:
Must be: A great communicator, a skilled negotiator, have at least 3 years’ experience of working in Financial Markets. And availability to travel when required for face to face client meetings.

French speaker required.

Minimum Skill Requirements:

  • Client relationship experience
  • Good knowledge of OTC Markets with emphasis on FX/FI asset classes
  • Fluent proficiency in written and oral for both English and French languages, and a working knowledge of Arabic Language
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel functions/Analytics.
  • Excellent networking skills and an ability to build relationships
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to converse at all levels in an organization and across diversity of cultures.
  • Ability to self-manage own work for multiple projects, constantly re-assessing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, positive, with a natural instinct to help and dedication to find solutions where they are not obvious
  • A willingness to learn and share knowledge regionally and globally

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, VBA.
  • Ability to withstand pressure.
