Senior Finance & Admin Executive

Position Purpose:

The Finance Executive will plan and perform accounting services. His/her required tasks usually includes following up on accounts controlling and other accounting policies and systems. He/she will also be required to assist with payroll matters for Beauty Advisors, invoicing, and other transactions. To provide full support to Business Manager with local operational and administration matters as well.

Principal Accountabilities:

Financial guidelines

· Ensure that we maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

· Execute Inventory Costing and Accrual Accounting.

· Manage the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll for BAs, invoicing, and other transactions.

· Understand and monitoring of all types of stock levels and movements in-store and warehouse

· Handle taxation and annual audit requirements

· Highlight any potential financial risks in the Monthly P&L submission.

Reporting

· Provide monthly financial reports to Group Finance for business and entity Financial Reporting

· Responsible for manual ledger maintenance as per company guidelines and requirements.

Administrative

· To provide full operational and administrative support to local business manager and Sri Lanka Sales Manager.

· Support local business managers on board resolutions and legal, banking, and IRD documents.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in a finance role

· Experienced working in FMCG/Beauty industry preferable

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Education:

· Degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field

· Partial qualification in ICASL/AAT
