Description -

This role is responsible for engaging in customer interactions and effectively selling products, services, and solutions while nurturing client relationships. The role demonstrates advanced skills in solution-based selling and leads lower-level representatives, mentoring their growth and enhancing collective performance.

Responsibilities
• Leads key strategic accounts, focusing on long-term growth, deepening customer relationships, and aligning offerings with clients' evolving needs.
• Cultivates relationships with executives and senior decision-makers within client organizations, influencing high-level partnerships.
• Engages in advanced solution-based selling, addressing intricate customer needs with integrated multi-product/service solutions.
• Maintains an extensive understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform sales approaches.
• Streamlines and optimizes sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency, effective collaboration, and seamless customer experiences.
• Analyzes complex sales data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement, opportunities for growth, and potential bottlenecks.
• Leads and mentors a team of lower-level representatives, fostering their growth, performance, and professional development.
• Cultivates partnerships with channel and distribution partners, leveraging their resources to enhance the market reach and customer engagement.
• Develops and delivers advanced sales training programs to enhance the skillset and capabilities of the entire sales team.
• Provides valuable insights and inputs to senior management, contributing to the development of innovative sales strategies and approaches.

**Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 8+ years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.
