Accounts Payable Intern

We are looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Intern to join our team in Lodz, to be responsible for supplier compliancy and sustainability performance review.

In your daily tasks, you will:

• Engaged in flow management (Scanning, verification, registration of invoices)
• Handle e-mail communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Book invoices based on purchase orders
• Contact vendors to increase e-invoicing results

In order to be successful in this position, we expect that you are a student in Accounting, Finance, Economy or similar education. Moreover, you bring with you:

• Strong English skills, both written and verbal
• MS Excel knowledge would be an asset
• Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
