Key responsibilities:

Support the team in all learning and development activities, including:

  • Training Programs Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Content Development and Design: Help create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and videos.
  • Logistics Coordination: Organize training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and preparing materials.
  • Employee Communication: Assist employees with inquiries related to training programs and resources.
  • Administrative Management: Provide administrative services, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain training records, track attendance, and learner performance.

Requirements

  • For 4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.
  • At least 4 working days per week or full-time in 3-6 months of internship.
  • Having interests in HR, especially Learning and Development.
  • Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Having full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva.
  • Being customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
  • Having experience in organizing (online/offline) training activities and making report.
