Learning & Development Executive

The KMS Learning and Development (L&D) team is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others learn and realize their potential while developing his or her own career in Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities

The Learning and Development Executive participates in delivering L&D programs, activities and L&D operations.

Implement L&D programs and activities

• Manage and communicate L&D program information.
• Manage resources for L&D programs.
• Prepare and organize training activities, including opening engagement and interaction activities.
• Collect and analyze data, creating L&D reports as guidance/templates for evaluation, including post-learning and 360-degree feedback.
• Monitor the progress and cost of training courses and programs.
• Support and respond to employee queries about L&D programs.

L&D Operations

• Manage and convey information related L&D in corporate operations.
• Handle full-cycle L&D service transactions as assigned by service owners
• Input and maintain data on L&D tools and related systems, including attendance, feedback, training results and learner evaluations.

Design L&D program and activities (as a plus)

• Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
• Design learning experience, content, and evaluation for complex/new activities
• Design and distribute training reports for management

Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the Line Manager

Requirements

Skills/experience You need to be Successful

• At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development
• Strong abilities in written and spoken English
• Good communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
• Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have a positive attitude, be proactive and highly responsible

Education/ training preferred

• Bachelor Degree in Education or an HR-related field
• Other professional certifications are beneficial
