Direct Sales Representative

Flite seeks a motivated and enthusiastic Direct Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for watersports and a deep understanding of the luxury watersports market. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will drive sales of our innovative electric hydrofoil surfboards, provide exceptional customer service, and expand our customer base through direct sales efforts.

We seek a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Sales Direct Sales Representative team. You will be responsible for the Fliteboard Direct to-Consumer sales channel for the EMEA region. In this role, you will manage direct consumers' inbound and outbound sales inquiries, support our global sales teams, and coordinate our presence at exciting European commercial events and trade shows in the marine technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential customers through various sales channels, including events, shows, and online platforms.
  • Respond to sales inquiries across multiple channels, delivering a premium customer experience that aligns with our brand values.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right product configuration to meet their needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities and convert them into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and influencers in the water sports community
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent Fliteboard and generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide outstanding customer relationship management before, during, and after the sale.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with global direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales teams in Australia, the USA, and Europe, acting as a team player to achieve shared goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Direct Sales or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills in English, with a professional demeanor
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Passion for the marine technology industry, sustainable products, and action watersports
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Results-focused mindset, with a commitment to achieving business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
