JOB SUMMARY

The NZXT marketing team is seeking a motivated Influencer Relations Specialist with a proven track record of developing and executing influencer strategies that align with brand goals. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic and deeply understands PC gaming market trends and influencer culture. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including regional marketing, social media, creative and PR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement influencer strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales.
• Identify, build and maintain relationships with key PC gaming influencers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer marketing campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
• Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including payment terms and deliverables.
• Oversee the creation and execution of compelling influencer campaigns, including content creation, contests, giveaways, and sponsored posts.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all influencer marketing activities adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of relevant influencer marketing experience in PC gaming market.
• Knowledge of the PC gaming community and industry and an interest in the high-end components and gaming gear that are used by gamers.
• Track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and guidelines.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple projects.
• Experience working with PC gaming communities and influencers

COMPENSATION

The estimated base range for this role is: $83,000.00 - $107,000.00. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, internal equity and alignment with market data. We offer a wide range of benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement and paid time off. This position is bonus eligible.
