Position Summary:
The Associate Product Owner will support the Product Owner in maximising the value delivered by the Agile team. Based in Pakistan, this role will assist in backlog management, user story creation, and ensuring alignment with customer and stakeholder needs. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the field of product management.

Key responsibilities:
Support Voice of the Customer: Assist in gathering customer feedback and insights to inform product strategy.
Assist in User Stories and Task Definition: Help create and prioritise user stories and tasks under the guidance of the Product Owner.
Sprint Planning & Backlog Refinement: Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement activities.
Aiding with Product Launch: Work with cross-functional teams to assist in a smooth product launch.
User Testing: Support coordination and implementation of user tests to ensure product quality.
Performance Tracking: Assist in defining and tracking KPIs for product features.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support feature prioritization and product strategy execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• 0-1 year of experience in a product-related role.

• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA/Confluence, GSuite, MS Office.

• Interest in working in a startup or small company environment.
