This collaboration aims to leverage our combined expertise to deliver exceptional digital transformation solutions in the telecommunications sector.

About the role

We are looking to hire a Roaming Coordinator who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of roaming services. You will work closely with our Roaming Operations team, coordinating day-to-day activities, negotiating with the customer's roaming teams, resolving blocking issues, and escalating projects to ensure timely resolution. You will expand your professional skills by collaborating with a leading global telecommunication enabler, engaging with top-tier mobile carriers worldwide, gaining hands-on experience with a diverse network spanning across various terrains and technological domains.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with coordinators and roaming engineers within the Roaming Operations team
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with the customer's roaming team to streamline the creation of roaming relations
• Engage in negotiations with the customer's roaming teams to accelerate the opening of new relationships and address any blocking issues
• Escalate blocked projects to internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
• Prioritize testing and efficiently establish relationships for seamless operations

Requirements

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of international roaming processes and best practices
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of roaming processes, international contacts, and a holistic view of the roaming landscape
• Showcase proficiency in technical concepts related to infrastructure, network nodes, services, and GSM
• Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Able to work independently, displaying exceptional communication and negotiation with stakeholders
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive for achieving results
• Fluent professional English
• Equivalent experience in the telecom industry
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
