About the role

We are looking to hire a SMS Disputing Specialist who will play a vital role in handling and resolving disputes related to SMS traffic. Your primary responsibility will be investigating, analyzing, and resolving issues that arise in the SMS A2P/P2P market. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and find effective solutions. You will have the opportunity to expand your professional skills by collaborating with a leading global telecommunication enabler.

Responsibility

• Resolve SMS fraud disputes, including A2P and P2P communications, by analyzing incident reports, liaising with stakeholders, and implementing solutions to mitigate risks
• Ensure the efficient management of fraud alerts, with a focus on prompt and effective response times even during periods of inactive dispute resolution
• Actively participate in various initiatives aimed at preventing fraud within the telecommunications industry
• Expand expertise to include voice fraud disputes, learning new tools and methods for detection and resolution

Requirements

• Experience working in international telecom environment
• Previous experience in the SMS A2P/P2P market
• A keen understanding of SMS traffic flow and robust analytical skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
• Fluent professional English
