Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Technical Solution Consultant to join our team at Anchanto Services Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving technical solutions for our enterprise clients, ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of our platform to meet their specific business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges. Identify the difference of their need and want and propose the best and faster way to implement the solutions.

• Design and propose customized technical solutions based on the Anchanto platform to meet client needs, focusing on reusable and scalable solutions.

• Review the implementation and integration with the development team with the proposed solutions into client systems, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality.

• Involved in presenting technical solutions to customers, explaining the benefits and features of the proposed solutions.

• Collaborate with various integration partners to assess API availabilities and align them with current product features. Recommend strategies for enabling mapping and obtain approval from multiple stakeholders on the prepared solution/mapping document.

• Champion best practices for solutioning, analysing API fields from multiple interfaces, emphasizing the importance of reusable and scalable solutions in client engagements.

• Offer technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, provide support during the implementation phase to ensure that the solutions are developed as per solution provided.

• Utilize insights into customer behaviour and operational volume to devise strategies for application architecture recommendations, performance management, notification management, and handling exception scenarios effectively.

• Quickly prepare and develop proof of concept solutions to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed solutions.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our offerings and provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Technical Solution Consultant or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or software industry.

• Strong understanding of enterprise-level systems functional and technical architecture, with the ability to design and implement complex technical solutions.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, RoR, Python or DB Architecture.

• Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams smoothly.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project implementations.
