Technical Consultant

The Technical Consultant is a highly skilled professional responsible for ensuring seamless data flow across the PMIS ecosystem. You will design, develop, and maintain backend integrations using Oracle PIF Adapters to connect various applications and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Integration Expertise:
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex backend integrations between PMIS applications (e.g., Primavera P6, Unifier, Acconex, Enablon) utilizing Oracle PIF Adapters.
  • Analyze integration requirements, map data between applications, and develop integration scripts to automate data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in integration technologies and tools (e.g., APIs, data mapping techniques) to optimize integration processes.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Proactively monitor system performance to identify potential bottlenecks and integration inefficiencies that could impact data flow.
  • Collaborate with Senior Consultants on integration requirements for minor enhancements, ensuring integration solutions align with user needs and project requirements.
  • Suggest improvements to optimize integration processes, enhance data quality, and improve overall system performance.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Document integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to educate other team members on integration best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in system integration and data management with a focus on enterprise applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle PIF Adapters, data mapping techniques, and integration best practices.
• Proven experience with scripting languages like Python or Java for automating integration tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving data integrity issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Senior Consultants, the Service Desk Manager, and other team members.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (Preferrable Master's)
