Operations Specialist

We are on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Sepcialist to become an integral part of our dynamic investment team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for ensuring the seamless execution of transactions and meticulous maintenance of financial records, this is the role for you.

Key Accountabilities:

• Complete necessary template documentation to ensure the timely and proper disbursement of funds

• Liaise with the payments team to provide the required information for executing transactions on behalf of the wholesale banking tribe.

• Monitor transactions in TUUM to ensure timely payments from counterparties.

• Update Excel sheets with essential information, maintaining accurate records for effective portfolio oversight (e.g., interest payment schedules, term deposit schedules, etc.).

• Perform quality checks on monthly pledged portfolios using Excel

• Update monitoring documentation with the latest monthly and quarterly financial information received from counterparties.

• Coordinate with the finance team, providing them with new transaction information and performing necessary number cross-checks

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.

• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Experience in financial documentation and record-keeping.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
