Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Vice President

Essential Job Functions:

Traditional Marketing Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing traditional marketing campaigns, including print,

radio, and direct mail.

  • Collaborate with external agencies for creative development and media placement.
  • Coordinate events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.

Digital Marketing Coordination:

  • Support the execution of digital marketing strategies, including website updates,

social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

  • Work with our third-party marketing teams to create and curate content for digital

platforms.

  • Media Relations:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets.
  • Coordinate press releases, media kits, and other materials for media distribution.
  • Content Creation:
  • Assist in creating content for various marketing channels, including writing copy

and coordinating visuals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content

development.

Event Coordination:

  • Support the planning and execution of industry-related events and trade shows.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and

provide insights for future improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, with exposure to both

Traditional and digital marketing.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • B.S. degree in Marketing or Advertising is preferred.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity: Demonstrate ability to contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.

Tech- Savviness: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timeline

Problem-solving: Ability to find solutions with strong attention to detail

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
